Our Care Groups are small, safe spaces designed to help you process what you’re walking through and grow stronger, together.
What Are Care Groups?
Care Groups at Fervent Church are all about walking with you through life’s toughest moments. Led by trained leaders and rooted in biblical truth, each group offers practical support, real conversation, and a pathway toward hope and healing. You don’t have to face it alone.
Our Care Groups are led and overseen by Pastor Rob Bruce, Director of Pastoral Care.
Pastor Rob has a heart for helping people navigate the real, messy parts of life with compassion, truth, and grace.

Grief Share
Loss can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk through it by yourself.
Grief Share is a 13-week group designed to offer support, comfort, and healing for anyone navigating the death of a loved one.
In each session, you’ll connect with others who understand your pain, explore helpful tools for healing, and be reminded that there’s hope even in the hardest moments.
Grief Share is open to anyone in the South Jersey community — not just Fervent Church members. Our next round is online from 05/15/25-08/07/25.
Couples Care Group
Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (And Strengthening It Along the Way)
Marriage is one of the most rewarding — and most challenging — journeys you’ll ever take.
Whether you’re dating, engaged, or married, the Couples Care Group using the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) framework is designed to help you build or rebuild a strong, healthy relationship rooted in real love, honest communication, and biblical principles.
Led by Pastor Rob, Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) is an 8-week journey where you will gain insights into how you and your partner’s personalities mesh. Even couples who have been married for years can benefit from the SYMBIS Assessment. Starts May 7, 2025!
